Why “Triund”

The first line of code was written in Dharamshala - in the Himalayas, below a ridge called Triund.

Triund is a trail above the town. You climb it slowly, the air thins, and the whole Dhauladhar range opens up in front of you. It teaches you something simple: the climb is worth it, and there are no shortcuts that skip the work.

We built Liza with that in mind. An AI assistant on a storefront is trusted with something delicate - a brand's voice, and a shopper's decision to buy. So we made her patient, grounded, and honest before we made her clever. She answers from what's real, and says so when she can't.
