These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the triund.ai website and the Liza sales assistant (together, the “Service”) provided by Triund (“we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Demo requests

Submitting the demo / contact-sales form is a request to be contacted. It does not create a contract or guarantee access to Liza. Any commercial terms will be set out in a separate agreement.

The Liza assistant

Liza answers from a merchant's connected catalog and is designed not to fabricate product information. Even so, the Service is provided as a tool to assist shoppers, and merchants remain responsible for their storefront, pricing, inventory, and customer communications.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by Triund and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triund will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
